Territory overview Territory management and account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment decisions in Lilly’s dermatology portfolio, including dedicated dermatology practices and key hospital accounts. Build relationships with key customers in the dermatology space to drive adoption of Lilly’s therapies. Identify and develop business relationships with state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations. Be viewed as a credible expert and resource for customers. Responsibilities and requirements Business ownership: Develops a strong understanding of the territory and reimbursement landscape; uses business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs. Account management and navigation of the healthcare environment to become a trusted partner. Selling skills / customer experience: Engage in patient-centered dialogue; promote the entire product portfolio; utilize the company selling model to identify appropriate patients. Execution / results: Use available analytics resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals in compliance with policies and PhRMA code; collaborate with internal teams to create a coordinated customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; valid US driver’s license with acceptable driving record; authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (Lilly does not sponsor visas). Additional locations: Baton Rouge, Lafayette. Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after undergraduate degree; additional work or graduate degrees may be considered. Strong business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution capabilities; account-based selling experience; ability to engage staff in accounts; experience navigating complex health systems; knowledge of specialty pharmacy distribution; experience with injectable/infusion therapies in a complex reimbursement environment; ability to work with cross-functional partners; high learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and influence. Residents living within 30 miles of the territory boundary are preferred. Compensation and benefits Actual compensation depends on education, experience, skills, and location. Anticipated wage: $87,000 - $204,600. Full-time employees may be eligible for a company bonus based on company and individual performance.
