Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work with outside data sources and APIs. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an iOS developer with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store. Proficient in Swift and Objective-C. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards. Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
