KPMG Advisory is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Identity and Access Management - Saviynt to join our Managed Services practice. This role focuses on leading Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives with Saviynt, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security standards. Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with a focus on Saviynt, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security standards Oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of IAM products and services, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, authentication, identity management, privileged access, and service account management Develop and manage architectures, accelerators, and enablers for automating IAM processes to enhance efficiency and scalability; analyze complex IAM system issues and direct the engineering team to devise and implement robust solutions that improve performance, security, and reliability Collaborate with senior IT and security leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to extend IAM controls across technology assets; monitor IAM operations for performance, compliance, and incident management Foster continuous improvement by researching emerging IAM trends and technologies; ensure documentation, including knowledge articles, SOPs, and scripts, is maintained for effective IAM operation Provide leadership and mentorship to the IAM engineering team; communicate with clients and senior management to understand requirements, present solutions, and deliver high-quality service Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG’s respectful work environment Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience with Saviynt, with proven expertise in connector development, approval workflows, and comprehensive reporting; minimum eight years of recent IAM experience in development, support, configuration, and deployment of IAM products Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university Knowledge of tools like SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, and CyberArk, with practical experience with at least one Solid understanding of ITSM tools within an ITIL managed services context Strong leadership capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication for client engagement and team collaboration Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, meet client requirements, and maintain a proactive, positive attitude Ability to travel as required Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG LLP and its affiliates comply with local, state, and federal regulations on recruitment and hiring.
