Executive Director of Accounting & Finance Recruitment
This is a newly created position and division within a very established investment management firm focused on Real Estate. Strong understanding of project lifecycle financials — from land acquisition through construction closeout and asset turnover. Proficiency in ERP/project accounting platforms (e.g., Yardi, Procore, Sage). Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Lead financial management for construction management platform, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and GAAP. Oversee preparation, analysis, and presentation of project-level and consolidated P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for construction entities. Manage subcontractor lien waivers, compliance documentation, and payment schedules. Partner with project executives to forecast construction cash flow and contingency usage. Coordinate with project management on financial closeout processes and warranty reserve tracking. Qualifications
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in construction accounting at a senior management level.
