HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC or BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team in Decatur, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Decatur is home to Millikin University, and the Millikin Decatur Symphony Orchestra. Decatur is a quick drive from Champaign and Bloomington, and also has its own airport making travel extremely easy. Decatur also has its own lake, which allows a wide variety of different boats access to the lake, including small sailboats. Decatur has public and private schools, and many arts related and athletic activities with its many public programs and recreational areas. Practice Highlights

Education Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications

Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required. Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred. Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred. Federal DEA license is preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred. Benefits
