Senior Producer – (Multiplatform) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior Producer

to oversee the editorial and production execution of our newscasts across a

multi-platform environment , including traditional broadcast, FAST channels, OTT platforms, and digital streams. This role is ideal for a newsroom leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering compelling, audience-focused journalism across all screens. Key Responsibilities

Drive the editorial vision of daily newscasts and special coverage. Select and prioritize stories with strong news judgment and audience relevance. Ensure content is accurate, fair, and aligned with brand standards across platforms. Show Production

Build and manage rundowns for live newscasts and digital streams. Coordinate live shots, packages, graphics, and teases to create cohesive and engaging shows. Adapt rundowns in real-time during breaking news or developing stories. Multiplatform Integration

Oversee content execution across

broadcast, FAST, OTT, and digital platforms . Collaborate with digital and streaming teams to ensure seamless cross-platform storytelling. Optimize content for platform-specific audiences and formats. Team Management

Oversee

producers, writers, editors, and control room staff during assigned shifts. Provide mentorship, feedback, and coaching to junior team members. Foster a collaborative and inclusive newsroom culture. Coordination & Communication

Serve as the central liaison between editorial, technical, and production teams. Communicate clearly with directors, graphics, audio, and field crews to ensure flawless execution. Quality Control

Review scripts for editorial integrity, tone, and grammar. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and journalistic standards. Monitor timing and pacing to maintain broadcast flow and avoid overruns. Breaking News & Special Coverage

Lead the newsroom response during breaking news events. Make quick editorial decisions and reorganize content on the fly. Coordinate extended coverage across platforms when needed. Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. 5+ years of experience in television news production, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. Proven experience in multiplatform news environments (broadcast, digital, streaming). Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with newsroom systems (e.g., ENPS, iNews, Dalet) and control room operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid Driver’s License and excellent driving record.
