Independent processing of a versatile subject area in accordance with general guidelines (e.g. in the areas of recruiting, employer branding, personnel development, payroll, etc.)**HR Business Partnering**: Independent support and consulting of defined company divisions on human resources management topics (e.g. personnel planning, labor law)**Payroll and time management**: Monitoring, support and quality assurance of the entire accounting processes and time recording systems.**Maintenance of HR systems**: Ensuring data integrity through regular updating and controlling**Document creation**: Preparation of employment contracts, references and correspondence, among other things.**Communication structure**: Support of an effective basis for communication with specialist departments, works council and SBV.**Corporate processes**: Ensuring the implementation of central HR processes such as talent management and learning & development.**Trainee & Internship Support**: Training and supervision of trainees and interns# Qualifications:Completed training at a university of applied sciences or comparable qualification (e.g. human resources specialist)Extensive and qualified expertise in human resources as well as relevant professional experienceIndependent, structured and discreet way of working.Confident handling of HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday) and MS Office.Fluent in German and English.Experience in supervising trainees and/or interns is an advantage.Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentalityExperience in working with works councils and severely disabled representativesKnowledge of labour law and collective bargaining lawThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
