This position is a US-based remote field training leadership position reporting directly to the Director of Learning and Performance. You will be directing a team of one, managing the New Hire / Onboarding and Advanced Training curriculum, and partnering with Brand on launches, semester meeting strategies, and ongoing training initiatives. What You Will Do
Lead a team and manage the Curriculum for the Specialty Account Manager for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD. Direct the development and delivery of training programs that support brand objectives and sales readiness. Collaborate with the RDBU learning team, cross-functional internal teams, and other BU learning teams to ensure alignment and resource effectiveness. Build and scale learning best practices, lead sales capability and pull-through initiatives, and work with internal stakeholders to support resource generation and approval. Coach and develop staff in Learning & Performance roles to deliver the curriculum and grow future talent. Work with sales leadership to ensure proactive, strategic training approaches that help the brand meet its objectives. Travel as needed (approximately 30% if not located in Deerfield). Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales Training experience Or Masters degree and 4 years of Sales Training experience Or Bachelors degree and 6 years of Sales Training experience Or Associates degree and 10 years of Sales Training experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales training experience Preferred Qualifications
Experience defining training goals and objectives with key internal clients, and leading teams to timelines and financial targets Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and a high level of initiative and independence Experience working with sales teams, regulatory, legal, compliance, vendor management as client or functional lead Ability and willingness to conduct field travel and attend sales meetings Experience in content development and instructional design Demonstrated self-starter with ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams Product sales, marketing or training experience in rheumatology or nephrology in rare specialty disease Strong clinical competence to model and shape curriculum and staff Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and selling skills Understanding of Access & Reimbursement environment and Veeva data systems What You Can Expect From Us
