Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Sense) Explore datasets using SQL and other query tools Apply statistical and visualization techniques to extract insights Monitor KPIs and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to understand requirements Support data‑driven decision‑making and process optimization Qualifications
3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense) Experience with Excel, data visualization, and reporting Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or cloud‑based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) is a plus Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a team environment Nice to have: Knowledge of Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation Experience with event‑level tracking, web/app analytics, or A/B testing Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology Benefits
