About The Role
AI Solution Design & Development- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using monday.com’s AI Gateway and Python integrations. Create secure, scalable workflows with monitoring, retries, and guardrails. Implement advanced prompt/agent patterns (tool use, RAG, structured outputs). Develop NetSuite scripts and integrations using tools like Workato, N8N, and LangChain. Write efficient SQL for reporting and workflow optimization. Integrate data flows across NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, and more. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. Extend AI Gateway through collaboration with Engineering and Data teams. Advise stakeholders on AI/ERP feasibility, value, and adoption. Quality, Safety & Improvement Mitigate AI risks with grounding, validation, and fallbacks. Track key metrics (accuracy, adoption, ROI) to drive iterative improvements. Introduce innovations by staying current on AI/ERP best practices. Your Experience & Skills
