Role Overview We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing SRE team. You’ll help build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our applications, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage applications using
Kubernetes
and
ArgoCD .
Build and maintain infrastructure with
Terraform Cloud
(IaC).
Manage secrets and secure storage using tools like
HashiCorp Vault
and
CyberArk .
Monitor system health and performance with
Datadog .
Implement service discovery and configuration with
HashiCorp Consul .
Collaborate with development teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Ensure cloud infrastructure meets security and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
Minimum Job Qualifications Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Basic and Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role or similar position.
Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH.
Strong 5 years experience with
Azure , especially
AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services) .
Proficiency in deploying and managing applications using
Kubernetes
and
ArgoCD .
Strong 5 years experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using
Terraform , specifically with Terraform Cloud.
Proficiency in
Docker , microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps culture.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.Experience in implementing and managing compliance standards within cloud infrastructure.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Architect.
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Application Developer (CKAD).
HashiCorp Certified: Terraform or Vault Associate.
Nice to Have
Experience with
AWS
or
GCP .
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
