Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair work as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
Conduct test drives to verify repairs and system performance
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair status and additional needs
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Stay current with technical training and evolving vehicle technologies
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician preferred
Ford or equivalent OEM certification preferred
Prior experience in a Ford dealership is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, including electrical and engine repair
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software
Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and eagerness to learn
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
