Benefits Start after 30 days of employment!*** Minimum five years supervisor level accounting and financial reporting experience in positions of increasing responsibility.* Management experience with solid leadership qualities including team management and people development skills.* Working knowledge and experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, SAP strongly preferred.* Skilled project management, staff mentoring and employee development skills required.****Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:***** Proven track record of success in prior senior accounting and supervisor roles.* Strong technical accounting experience, knowledge, and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).* Strong “customer service” mindset and demonstrate leadership skills required to drive continuous process improvement.* Skilled at organizational team-building and people skills.
