At Wooster ENT, youll be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team thats passionate about improving lives through expert hearing care. What Youll Do: Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations Deliver best-in-class amplification services including real ear measurements and live speech mapping Recommend personalized hearing solutions to patients and consult with physicians on hearing disorders Educate patients about hearing aid options, pricing, and usage Dispense and fit hearing aids, including ear-mold acoustics, with ongoing follow-up care Troubleshoot and manage hearing aid repairs, exchanges, and returns What Were Looking For: Education & Licensure : High school diploma or GED required; AAS in Hearing Instrument Specialist preferred. Must be licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist per Ohio state law. Experience & Skills : *Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities *Strong problem-solving, sales, and customer service skills *Proficiency with audiology diagnostic tools, software, and hearing aid programming What Youll Enjoy: 401(k)
