Principal Accountabilities: Efficiently trim fat, hide, defects, or contamination from muscle and tissues to ensure product quality.
Assist with the processing of beef in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize knives and other tools safely and effectively.
Accurately weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products.
Maintain high standards of food safety and quality throughout the process.
Required Qualifications: Eligible to work in the US without the need for Visa sponsorship.
Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in meat processing.
Previous work experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
Proficient knife skills.
