Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our Human Resources department as a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and organizational skills, be proficient in HR software and systems, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits enrollment. Support the Human Resources team onboarding and offboarding. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries regarding benefits programs. Monitor and maintain accurate employee time records. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information. Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management. Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Maintains office supplies inventory, Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, running errands, and maintaining office supplies. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Provide general support to visitors and respond to inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience:

College degree or experience in HR/Administrative role Prior experience in human resource roles is preferred. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft office software Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy. Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Benefits & Pay:

Full-time position. Office environment with standard business hours (M-F, 7am-3:30p).
