Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to join a manufacturing team in Pomona, CA. This role involves managing inventory, processing pick lists, and supporting various departments to ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility.
$20/hr | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory records using Made2Manage (M2M) system Pull and process parts based on job pick lists; route to designated departments Track receipts, disbursements, and stock levels Conduct physical inventory checks and resolve discrepancies Generate inventory and material availability reports Order and manage shop supplies and materials Assist in Shipping & Receiving and with Customer Service Expeditor as needed Perform cycle counts and support accounting updates Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of inventory or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing setting Forklift and pallet jack experience (must follow safety protocols) Basic computer skills (Word, Excel; M2M experience a plus) Strong math, organization, and attention to detail Able to read a tape measure; caliper experience a plus Valid CA driver's license and reliable attendance Must be able to work rotating Saturdays and speak, read, and write English
