You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the MFC Mechanical Manufacturing Team. Our team is responsible for machining, welding, painting, and assembling mechanical parts used for multiple programs, playing a critical role in bringing our products to life. What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure the efficient production of mechanical parts, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results. Your responsibilities will include: Creating and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and quality Documenting and maintaining accurate records of production activities Leading and participating in teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows Collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design for manufacturability Why Join Us

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
