Sr Associate, Quality Services, Amazon Quality services Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. The primary objective of QS is to offer manual testing support. An Associate, Quality Services performs manual test execution based on documented instructions, producing accurate results that meet daily targets while adhering to established processes. Key job responsibilities Understand application test procedures and how to use relevant software and tools. Execute test instructions and report results accurately and promptly. Report any deviations observed during testing. Stay updated on changes in test instructions related to assigned work. Follow defined processes to complete tasks efficiently. About the team Quality Services (QS) is a team of over 1000 members providing manual testing for a wide range of Amazon products, operating from Chennai, India, and Arlington, VA. Testing services include regression, new feature, accessibility, localization, and interoperability testing across various devices and services, supporting international marketplaces. We support over 65 product teams, including Amazon Devices (Alexa, Ring, Health & Wellness), Consumer apps (Audible, Delivery Apps), AWS (WorkDocs, Chime), Advertising Engineering (Kindle, IMDb TV), and Amazon Video & Studios. Basic Qualifications Graduate degree, preferably in a quantitative field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with computers and software. Experience with gadgets or devices. Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and a team player. Ability to follow defined processes and policies. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of software testing.
