Experience and Skills:
Should have 8+ years experience in SAP.
Proficient in SAP BPC 10.1, SAP BPC 11, SAP BW 7.5, SAP ECC.
Strong technical expertise in handling BPC/BI technical objects, environment builds, transports, etc.
Experience with NetWeaver version of BPC, preferably the latest, including organizing BPC technical objects into transport requests and working with BPC transport tables.
Ability to fix errors arising during object import into QA/PRD systems.
Experience in EVDRE reports and input schedule development using VBA.
Testing consolidations and PBF functionality.
At least 5 years' experience in SAP Planning / Consolidation implementation and operation.
Good business knowledge, especially in planning and consolidation processes.
Expertise in SAP BW 7.5 / Business Planning and Consolidation versions 10.1 on SAP NetWeaver platform.
Strong understanding of SAP software components including SAP BPC 10.1.
Experience with formal system implementation methodologies, product configuration of SAP FI-GL PCA and CCA, SAP Fixed Assets, SAP BPC, and SAP BI.
Business unit planning & analysis (FP&A) experience.
Solution architecture including budgets and forecasts.
Dimension management: defining members, hierarchies, properties.
Script logic and data package development.
Integration experience with SAP BW and ECC.
Responsibilities:
Apply best practices for accounting functions, with strong insights into General Ledger, Asset Accounting, controlling, and profitability.
Deliver successful planning and consolidation solutions as an SAP BPC Consultant.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions.
Manage transports and coordinate with client business analysts and solution architects.
Plan deliverables, timelines, and resources with project managers.
Communicate requirements, functionality, and design to onsite and offshore teams.
Provide management with timely status updates and develop custom solutions as needed.
Identify process improvement areas.
Maintain effective communication within and across teams.
Demonstrate leadership in similar environments.
Work with business teams to understand IT requirements.
Support deployment and ongoing operations of solutions.
Participate in the development roadmap.
