FOOD SERVICE UTILITY
Full‑time and part‑time positions available at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services.
Job Summary Maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Performs essential sanitation and food‑prep tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sweeps and mops floors in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food‑prep surfaces.
Removes trash and places it into designated containers; steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Assists with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up.
Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and products as needed.
Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
No experience necessary; willing to train.
Full and part‑time schedule; open availability preferred.
Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Physical ability to lift, stand, and move supplies as needed.
