No idea is too crazy; we just need your help bringing it to life.

What You’ll Do

Design high-impact marketing assets: display ads, social media graphics, thought leadership reports, sales decks, product launch materials, and more

Establish and maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring brand guidelines are applied seamlessly from digital campaigns to in-person events

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate complex compensation data and product features into clear, visually compelling stories

Lead creative brainstorms and shape campaign briefs that drive our most important marketing bets

Design physical brand experiences including event signage, booth graphics, and branded swag that bring Pave's identity to life at conferences and customer events

Evolve and scale Pave's design system as the company grows, building templates and frameworks that enable the team to move quickly without sacrificing quality

What You’ll Bring

4-6 years of experience in brand design, preferably at a technology company or agency working with tech clients. That being said, we won’t say no to great consumer experience!

Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print mediums

Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills with an eye for modern, clean design aesthetics

Understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and how design impacts both awareness and conversion metrics

Self‑starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment

Motion design and animation skills (After Effects, Figma prototyping, or similar) are valuable, but not required
