We are currently considering candidates based in the United States (remote). Responsibilities
Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, outbound prospecting, and referrals. Build and manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn, etc). Conduct discovery calls to understand compliance needs, regulatory pain points, and key business drivers at banks, financial institutions, and mortgage lenders in your territory. Deliver tailored, value-based presentations and product demos to multiple stakeholders. Clearly articulate the value of RiskExec’s platform, linking to regulatory requirements and strategic goals, and handle objections. Utilize a proven sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) to manage deals from discovery to close. Navigate complex buying groups and develop compelling business cases focused on ROI and compliance risk reduction. Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue based on pipeline insights and sales discipline. Quota will be ramped for the first six months to allow for pipeline build, product knowledge, and building customer relationships. Relationship Management
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal close. Develop trusted advisor relationships with compliance leaders, lending officers, and executive sponsors. Guide prospects through solution evaluations with a consultative, educational approach. Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsell and cross-sell). Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation efforts and campaign strategies. Work closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding and handoff process. Direct support form BDR team to help with scheduling prospect meetings (1:2 BDR:AE ratio) Stay current on evolving regulatory trends (e.g., CRA modernization, Fair Lending enforcement) to position RiskExec effectively. Customer Success & Retention
Serve as a key point of contact for clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term value realization. Collaborate with Customer Success on client health and proactively mitigate any risk of churn. Qualifications
5+ years of success in a Strategic or Enterprise Account Executive role in SaaS and/or compliance-related technology. Experience selling to financial institutions (banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders) is a strong plus. Deep understanding of SaaS business models; knowledge of regulatory compliance or financial data analytics preferred. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative sales skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (e.g. Outreach, Clay, SalesIntel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc). Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred). Ability to travel as needed (25-50%) to meet with clients and attend industry events (must be willing to generate leads in person at conferences). Why Join Our Team?
