About This Position
As part of our performance transformation, we’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to support and execute Meta and TikTok campaigns across one of our core regions. This is a hands‑on role designed for a growth marketer who’s eager to learn, experiment, and build deep channel expertise. This role is designed as a strong entry point into global performance marketing. You’ll gain hands‑on experience managing high‑velocity campaigns in a specific region, while developing the skills to eventually own multiple markets or step into a senior role with strategic leadership responsibilities.
If you have experience running Meta or TikTok campaigns, are excited by performance data, and want to grow inside a fast‑moving global growth team—this could be the role for you.
What You Will Do:
Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for your assigned region—managing budgets and tracking performance against growth KPIs.
Partner with creative teams to launch and iterate on new ad creatives, learning how to identify winning content and scale performance.
Contribute to creative testing cycles—helping build testing pipelines for audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and new creative hypotheses.
Track campaign performance and support reporting—sharing insights with regional and global stakeholders.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with analytics, CRM, and regional marketing teams to align on goals and ensure campaigns support broader funnel performance.
Stay on top of platform trends, competitor activity, and shifts in customer behavior within your region—surfacing new opportunities to test.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands‑on experience running paid social campaigns (agency or in‑house), ideally in a consumer‑facing environment.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; comfort with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
A data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance results and turn them into actionable insights.
Strong interest in creative performance and eagerness to learn how to build and evaluate testing roadmaps.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
A strong understanding of different local digital landscapes.
