Overview

Unison Systems is looking for a Business Data/Requirements Analyst for our national Telecommunications client.

Location: DTC; hybrid 4 days

Duration: Through December 2025 with expectation of extension

Responsibilities

• Data governance and process improvements
• Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements for ingests and outgoing feeds
• Identify, document, and escalate data quality issues
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements (CCPA)
• Track and report on data governance requests and KPIs using forms, Excel and/or Tableau
• Assist with implementation and use of data governance tools (Alation)
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries
• Work with data stewards to define remediation actions and monitor progress
• Provide insights to leadership on process improvements
