Senior Data Analyst role at Topline Pro. We’re building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. Our platform helps service pros acquire direct business quickly, with AI-powered digital storefront products to help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.

Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with a team of 70+ rockstars. We are YC-backed, well funded, and in a growth phase to scale. You’ll join at an inflection point where groundwork is laid and the path to impact is clear.

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to be a key partner to our go-to-market teams and leadership. This role focuses on turning raw data into robust systems that grow and scale while supporting GTM teams and senior leadership with actionable insights. By building a reliable reporting layer on top of our existing data sources, you’ll help drive growth, improve visibility, and create the foundation for sustainable scaling.

What You’ll Do

• Build scalable data pipelines and integrate diverse data sources to deliver accurate, reliable foundations for analysis and insights
• Define semantic layers and deploy analytics models that enable consistency, trust, and self-serve insights
• Design and maintain reporting layers, KPI reporting, and dashboards that track growth and performance, evolving with the business to support long-term decision making
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points, define and deliver on metrics that drive business decisions
• Play a key role in shaping the data function by establishing best practices and helping grow the team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with the leadership mindset to help set the stage for future hiring
• Proficiency in a BI tool (Hex or Looker)
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake and dbt
• Background supporting or working within a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, with excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical audiences
• Comfort working in ambiguity and proactively driving clarity and solutions
