The Opportunity
The Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, the Premier Musculoskeletal Practice in Northeast Florida, is looking for a driven and experienced professional to join our team.
Position
Contract Recruiter (90 Days) — onsite in the Central Business Office, Jacksonville, FL (near I-95 and Butler Blvd).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Drive talent campaigns by collaborating with HR to build employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Proactively source exceptional candidates (passive and active) across multiple platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Champion culture by ensuring candidates align with our team values.
- Manage the interview process end-to-end: scheduling, preparation, feedback collection, and debriefs to create a consistent, high-quality candidate journey.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; preferably for medical and medical office roles.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UltiPro/UKG) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
