Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic guidance.
• Conduct consultative intake calls, deliver regular updates, assess risks, and drive results.
• Customize search strategies to fit the role, team, and business needs.
• Proactively source talent via multiple channels, including social media and passive talent networks.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to share insights, talent pipelines, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
• Stay current on recruiting compliance, including EEO guidelines, pay transparency laws, and internal policies.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to anticipate staffing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and techniques.
• Provide guidance to hiring leaders throughout interviews and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in industrial, distribution, or manufacturing settings.
• Proven success partnering with executive and senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
• Naturally curious, solutions-driven, and eager to learn.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to quickly build relationships.
• Professional maturity, credibility, and confidence in interactions.
• Comfortable challenging ideas constructively and receiving feedback with poise.
• Calm and steady under pressure, with strong follow-through and tenacity.
