Senior Recruiter at Johnsonville, responsible for attracting senior-level and hard-to-fill talent across geographies. Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level roles across the enterprise
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and values
• Partner directly with leaders to understand talent needs and build scalable sourcing strategies
• Proactively source and build pipelines of high-caliber talent across key markets
• Balance multiple searches and stakeholders while staying organized and meeting hiring goals and timelines
• Ensure compliance with hiring standards and maintain data integrity across systems
• Provide talent market insights and guide leaders as a strategic partner in hiring decisions

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required

Experience

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with proven success filling senior-level roles across multiple functions required
• Expertise in sourcing and interviewing, required
• Recruiting experience within CPG, food or manufacturing strongly preferred
• Skilled with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related tools required
