Job Description

Our Recruitment crew is looking for a new team member! This job is all about finding talent, building relationships, and creating a high quality hiring experience for our candidates and teams.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to provide full-scale recruitment support and deliver thoughtful, tailored hiring solutions.
  • Use creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract a strong range of candidates and provide a smooth, engaging recruitment experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term connections with passive candidates to develop strong talent pipelines for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and represent the company at events such as conferences, job fairs, and industry gatherings.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments across the gaming industry.
  • Prepare and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Support onboarding and relocation processes for new team members.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5 years overall recruitment experience.
  • 2 years experience within games, tech, or creative industries.
  • Familiarity with a variety of recruitment strategies and sourcing tools.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters), LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and platforms like ArtStation or GitHub.
  • Skilled in conducting structured interviews, such as competency-based or behavioral assessments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Open-minded and proactive, with an ability to navigate changing priorities.
  • Appreciation for video games, game development, or curiosity about the industry is a plus.

Additional Information

Working mode

In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Boston. Relocation is required.
