This role is fully remote. We’re looking for someone with energy, curiosity, and grit to help us build from the ground up, and who thrives on finding the hardest-to-reach candidates and building pipelines of top Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) talent for early-stage startups.

What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies.
- Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities.
- Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach.
What We’re Looking For (Hard Requirements)
- 1–3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record recruiting for top early-stage startups.
- Prior agency experience or direct startup experience sourcing/recruiting.
- Deep knowledge of the startup landscape and ability to identify exceptional EPD talent.
- Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment.
