HR Generalist – Quva
Quva, a leading provider of health‑system pharmacy services and AI‑based data solutions, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our pharmaceutical products and operations across the United States. The role requires a mix of benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Administer HR plans and procedures for all personnel, including the development and maintenance of the employee handbook and policy manual.
- Assist in setting department goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Support the compensation program, monitor performance evaluations, and recommend revisions.
- Handle benefits administration: claims resolution, change reporting, invoice approvals, and employee communication.
- Maintain the affirmative action program, file EEO‑1 reports, and keep compliance records.
- Conduct recruitment for exempt and nonexempt positions, manage new‑employee orientations, and write job advertisements.
- Provide employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
- Attend administrative staff meetings and other business meetings.
- Update organization charts and employee directory.
- Compile reports from the HR information system.
- Ensure compliance with all employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience, or a master’s degree and 2 years of HR experience, or 7 years of HR experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification, or ability to obtain certification within 24 months of hire (preferred).
- Successful completion of a drug and background check.
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; work visa sponsorship is not available.
