What you will do:

• Lead accounting managers, senior accountants, and staff, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Direct financial statement preparation, management reports, and bank reporting.
• Oversee bank and investor relations, guiding budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Manage client engagements, identifying opportunities for value-added services.
• Set project strategies and scope to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
• Mentor staff and champion the firm’s mentorship program to drive team excellence.
• Apply industry knowledge to promote firm growth and client success.
• Build strong client relationships, proactively addressing their evolving needs.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with 12+ years of experience, including CPA firm experience.
• Expertise in wine and/or construction accounting.
• Active California CPA license required.
• Advanced accounting and financial reporting knowledge with adherence to firm processes.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills to guide teams and manage client relationships.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in firm tools and technology to optimize processes.
• Strategic vision to adapt to changing client needs.
