Overview

The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform has thousands of students looking for online ARDMS tutors nationally. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online ARDMS tutoring to students.
• Leverage the Live Learning Platform to conduct sessions remotely and use tools such as the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance instruction and save prep time.
• Coordinate scheduling and invoice for tutoring sessions with Varsity Tutors’ support.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in ARDMS and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Preference for candidates with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects, with potential to earn up to $40/hour.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• We handle logistics and payments; you invoice for your sessions.
