The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects thousands of students with online ARDMS tutors nationwide. As a tutor on the platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Tutor remotely via the Live Learning Platform, tailoring instruction to individual student needs.
• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions focused on ARDMS concepts and exam preparation.
• Support students with clear explanations, personalized lesson plans, and adaptive teaching approaches.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in ARDMS and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Preference for tutors with prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.
