Overview Responsibilities and the Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) team focus on driving operational excellence in recruitment by optimizing processes, policies, and tools through innovation. We design scalable operation programs and enhance hiring effectiveness with data-driven insights, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities Lead TAO programs (JD Program, pre-onboarding process, etc.) with cross-functional workstreams, focusing on scalable program effectiveness. Define program objectives, success metrics, progress dashboards, risks, and mitigation plans. Drive accountability and stakeholder alignment through proactive communication, change management, and data-driven insights. Advise on best practices, industry trends, and benchmarks to optimize program impact. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years in program/project management within Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting Operations, preferably in high-growth environments. Strong expertise in program design, process improvement, and change management. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Analytical mindset with experience in metrics, reporting, and decision support. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Job Information For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79,800 - $169,400. Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and stock units. Benefits vary by location.
