What You’ll Be Doing

• Sell Crafted’s direct hire and staffing services to businesses in the light industrial, construction, skilled trades, IT, clerical, and medical sectors
• Identify and engage new prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Track leads, deals, and commissions with transparency and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or HR services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and close deals independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
