About The Opportunity
Position Summary:
Identify and implement processes aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the plant operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee the Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met.
2. Develop and implement process technology in the plant to minimize variation and optimize the manufacturing of products while reducing costs.
3. Maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and work force utilization.
4. Support the technical teams in finding root cause analysis for equipment downtime.
5. Provide technical skill, knowledge and judgment as it relates to the quality of product being produced.
6. Provide technical input and support in the advancement of equipment and tools.
7. Manage/lead plant capital improvement projects.
8. Other duties as assigned.

3. Mold PM compliance
4. Project schedule adherence
Education/Certification
Level Required
Bachelor's Degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering
Work Experience
Required
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience using automation to improve process and flow
• Programmable logic controller experience
Desired
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

8. Ability to apply technical, scientific, and mathematical knowledge to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems and processes that safely realize a desired objective.
9. Knowledge of existing and planned approaches for methods for manufacturing products or product components
10. Knowledge of methodologies, tools, and techniques for designing, building and managing the
manufacture of new tools
11. Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of the employees, environment and site
Travel Requirements
• 5% - 10% travel. Valid driver's license required/Motor Vehicle Report Required
