Overview

This Manufacturing Engineer will drive manufacturing process improvement efforts for capital projects for new production lines, associated with industrial power delivery system components. This is a rapidly growing company across a spectrum of industrial and commercial market verticals.

Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead process improvements and lean manufacturing projects for production involving heavy industrial fabrication (metalworking, enclosures), electrical assembly, and systems integration for packaged power solutions (power systems experience not required).
• Identify and implement updates to equipment, tooling, and procedures that reduce downtime and improve flow.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to shop floor operations, manufacturing and test teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to interpret technical drawings and sales specs for manufacturability.
• Train production staff on updated procedures and best practices.
• Help plan manpower, equipment, and workflow to meet production schedules.
• Own metrics tied to process efficiency, quality, and delivery.

What You Bring

• Strong background in manufacturing engineering, especially within a hands-on environment.
• Experience with lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Experience leading capital projects for manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills—comfortable bridging gaps between engineering and operations.
