Production Supervisor - Night Shift

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop your team to achieve production and quality objectives.
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, product quality, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate shift schedules and prepare line setups, including first-piece approvals, to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Collaborate with Production Scheduling and other departments to meet production timelines and address priorities.
• Monitor and report all production documentation while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Enforce company policies, maintain safety standards, and promote a clean, organized work environment.
• Resolve team concerns using strong communication and people skills to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a Technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
• Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours as needed to support production goals.
