Talent Acquisition Sales Recruiter

at ABM Industries. We are seeking a highly motivated recruiter to attract and retain top talent to support our sales organization. This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (In-office 4 days per week) located in Sacramento, CA, Tustin, CA or Tempe, AZ. As an ABM Talent Acquisition Sales Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and hire Business Development and Account Management professionals across the United States. You will work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle to ensure the organization is staffed with qualified individuals who can contribute to our success. Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions. Source, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications and fit for open positions. Build a network of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and trade organizations to access emerging talent. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to sales and business development recruitment. Manage recruitment databases and track key performance metrics. Provide a positive candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. Facilitate the interview process with hiring managers, including scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations. Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Assist in developing and implementing onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Partner and collaborate with Human Resources, Total Rewards/Compensation, TA Leadership, Hiring Managers, and other internal partners. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Full cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), with direct sourcing techniques and relationship management. Experience recruiting for professional positions, preferably in sales, corporate functions, facilities management or building/facilities engineering. Knowledgeable in full life cycle recruiting components: sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment. Pay

Pay: $120,000 - $135,000. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program. Benefits
