Ashish@themesoft.com Certification and Location Certification: Guidewire Associate or ACE certification Location: San Antonio, TX or Remote Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Deep experience in ClaimCenter implementation, configuration, and customization. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud. Architecture & Design: Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Development & Configuration: Engage in hands-on development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire ClaimCenter applications on Cloud. Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and other systems. Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align technical solutions. Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio, Java, and XML for configuration and integration development. Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams. Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
