Job Title: Traveling Construction Superintendent
Location:
Southeastern United States (Travel Required)
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled
Traveling Construction Superintendent
to oversee commercial ground-up projects throughout the
Southeastern United States . Knowledge and experience with Bib Box Retail and Self-Storage projects is desired. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive
ground-up construction
experience, as well as strong proficiency in
Procore
or other construction management software. This is a
travel-based position
requiring regular on-site presence at project locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections to meet schedule and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Maintain project documentation and daily reports through
Procore
or equivalent software.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel.
Proactively identify issues or potential delays and implement corrective measures.
Lead by example to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
Travel regularly to project sites throughout the Southeastern U.S.

Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in commercial construction, including both
ground-up
and
tenant improvement
projects.
Proven track record managing complex builds from mobilization through closeout.
Proficient with
Procore ,
Bluebeam , or similar construction management tools.
Strong knowledge of building systems, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
OSHA 30 Certification
preferred.
Must be willing and able to
travel extensively
and remain on-site for project duration.
