Zillow Flex partner team , we connect our agents directly with motivated buyers and sellers across the Upstate South Carolina region. Our proven systems, mentorship, and resources are designed to help you focus on what you do best—serving clients and closing deals.
What We Provide: A consistent flow of Zillow Flex live tour requests from ready-to-act buyers One-on-one mentorship and lead conversion training Full transaction coordination and administrative support Proven sales systems and CRM tools to streamline your business A collaborative, high-performance team environment
What We’re Looking For: Active South Carolina Real Estate License Full-time availability and commitment to growing your business Strong communication, follow-up, and client service skills Ability to work independently and within a team setting Willingness to learn and apply proven sales strategies
Compensation: Commission-based earnings with six-figure potential. Agents on our team consistently close multiple transactions each month through Zillow Flex connections and team-provided systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000 – $200,000+ per year (commission-based)
Schedule: Flexible schedule Weekend availability Self-managed
