Description The Role We are seeking an Amazon Media Specialist to lead planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across Amazon. This role will own budget management, campaign performance, and strategic planning for key product launches and retail events. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Amazon advertising, is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a part-time role (30 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution
Lead the development and execution of Amazon advertising strategies.
Plan and oversee go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure brand visibility across placements and proactively identify business-critical initiatives or risks.
Support annual and quarterly planning processes.
Budget & Performance Management
Own the monthly budgeting process, aligning to defined KPIs.
Build and communicate budget calendars for Amazon media investments.
Monitor spend and pacing, evaluate performance, and provide optimization recommendations.
Ensure alignment of strategy, spend, and performance with internal and external stakeholders.
Product Launch & Event Management
Manage deliverables for product launches and high-priority events.
Ensure strategies, budgets, and timelines are in place for execution.
Track deliverables and ensure campaigns are optimized against goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison across client, agency, and Amazon teams.
Partner with analysts, marketing directors, and brand teams to align on timelines, reporting, and creative.
Coordinate with creative teams to request and deliver assets in line with annual marketing calendars.
Requirements Skills:
4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
Strong expertise in Sponsored Ads, DSP, and retail media best practices.
Proven ability to manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate performance into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Position Details
