Eugenus. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - SAP - to join our team. This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into system requirements and solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP experience, with analytical skills and strong communication skills to deliver technology-driven improvements that add measurable business value.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users on SAP processes and functionality, in addition to our other systems like Monday.com and Groupware. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.). Document and map current vs. future SAP business processes, recommending improvements. Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP-related initiatives and ongoing projects. Interface with vendors and consultants as required. Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained and documented as required. Make changes to SAP setup while following standard change management processes. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications (BRDs, user stories, use cases). Work with internal and external auditors as necessary. Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop simple custom programs, scripts, or enhancements (e.g., ABAP, Python, SAP Fiori apps, or Excel macros) to extend SAP functionality. Identify opportunities for process automation and implement Python-based scripts, automated workflows, or reporting solutions to reduce manual effort. Skills / Attributes
Must demonstrate a complete understanding of SAP Infrastructure principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Must have excellent organizational skills including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work assignments to meet established completion dates. Must be able to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge business and technical discussions. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability. Process improvement mindset to drive efficiency. End-user focused with a commitment to delivering value. Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience. Good working knowledge of business components such as Finance, Production Planning, Procurement, and Sales. Programming experience with Python (for automation, data extraction, reporting, or integration). Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or SAP Functional Analyst. Hands-on experience with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or others) Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and system development life cycles. Experience in both Agile and traditional project environments.
