We are seeking a phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. You will also have opportunities for growth within the organization.
PST incentives may be available, paying a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Job Details Pay Range: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:45 pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays may be required

Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Job Requirements Must have a valid California Phlebotomy License OR have an application filed with the California Department of Health at the time of hire
1+ year of phlebotomy experience is highly preferred
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must be able to attend 2-week training in California
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
