Direct message the job poster from Fruition Group Overview A leading semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to support the release and production of high-frequency microwave semiconductor products (MHz to 50GHz+), used in applications such as satellite communications, aerospace and defense, test & measurement, and commercial wireless systems. RF Hardware Development Lead - MMIC Responsibilities Develop production test plans and define test limits based on statistical analysis Design and debug RF/microwave test boards for automated test equipment Perform RF lab measurements and gauge R&R studies Conduct data analysis using statistical methods to support datasheet spec setting Generate datasheets and coordinate all aspects of product release (documentation, BOMs, costing) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, test, applications, reliability, and operations Support transfer to internal and offshore test facilities Drive successful and timely new product introduction Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred) 7+ years of experience in RF/microwave semiconductor product or test engineering Hands-on expertise in RF/microwave and optical testing Experience with amplifiers, attenuators, and RF modules Proficient in RF measurements and data-driven analysis Strong teamwork and communication skills Must be a U.S. Person or GC Holder The company you will join as RF Hardware Development Lead MMIC Join a top-tier innovator in RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave technology —quietly powering next-gen 5G, satellite, aerospace, and defense systems.
