Overview HR Specialist role at Jobs via Dice (client: Kforce Technology Staffing) in Tempe, AZ. This role focuses on the employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, and related HR activities.
Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinating with search firms and internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Manage onboarding logistics: collect and verify documentation, issue access badges, and schedule training sessions
Maintain accurate and confidential records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries, escalating when needed
Support audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
Plan and execute employee engagement and corporate events
Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory
Assist across HR functions including benefits, compliance, and performance management
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
3-5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in HR administrative roles
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized with strong time management
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy
Nice to have SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Familiarity with HCM systems or HR databases
Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
