Foot Locker is on the lookout for dynamic, highly organized Executive Assistants to support our senior leadership team at our New York headquarters on 34th Street. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds - working from our corporate offices Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays depending on business needs and meetings. As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our top executives running at peak performance. From expertly managing complex calendars and travel itineraries to coordinating high-impact departmental events, you'll be the right hand to our leadership - ensuring they are prepared, organized and set up for success every step of the way. Responsibilities Provide executive leadership with extensive and continuous calendar management, domestic and international travel management, reservation and expense management, event registration and detailed meeting plan management. Acts as a representative of executive leadership and conduit for internal and external relations and correspondence. Coordinate in-person, virtual, and off-site companywide or departmental meetings, events, and appointments. Ensure that executive leadership is informed of priorities, deadlines, and challenges in a timely manner. Manage communications, which includes answering phone calls, managing mail, taking messages, or fielding/answering routine and non-routine questions and sending out companywide emails on behalf of executive leadership. Complete accurate and detailed leadership expense reporting and maintain expense reports in Concur. Support executive leadership with urgent and sensitive projects, along with presentation development, database management (Excel), and limited project management. Perform daily administrative tasks including maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems, screening and handling incoming mail and phone calls, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of executive level administrative experience. Senior Leadership and/or C-Level Executive support experience preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Advanced working knowledge of computers with Windows; MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft 365 & TEAMS preferred. Demonstrated customer service and team-orientation; ability to work with internal and external partners in a professional, respectful, cooperative, and courteous manner. Maintain confidentiality and effectively exercise discretion in handling confidential information. Communicate confidently and at a high level with internal and external partners. Operate with a high sense of urgency under minimal supervision. Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, good judgement, professionalism, adaptability, poise, organization, and flexibility; thrive in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and varying priorities.
